The pre sale experience was impressive but in hind sight it might have been bad information.
The disappointment starts with the unboxing. No packing list, manuals, instructions or anything. It's as if you bought a used item to be honest. And to top it off I'm missing an RF module option I paid for.
The after sales service is much slower. They offer to send the RF module as if it's a personal favor. I'm now not sure of what I bought, is it modbus or relay ? If it's modbus and they have an upgrade I would have made better choice but I was told relay was best option and 16 switches is maximum available.
I'd honestly like to send it back, I don't feel I received fair value for what I paid.
