KinCony Pi5M32 – Raspberry Pi CM5 DIN Rail 32-Channel MOSFET Controller for Smart Home & Industrial Automation

raspberry pi 5 relay board

Product Overview

KinCony Pi5M32 is a powerful Raspberry Pi-based IoT gateway and automation controller designed for smart home, industrial automation, and IoT edge computing applications. Powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5), it integrates 32 MOSFET outputs, 32 optocoupler-isolated digital inputs, analog inputs, PWM outputs, RS232/RS485 communication interfaces, and expansion capabilities into a rugged DIN rail aluminum enclosure.

The Raspberry Pi CM5 directly controls all MOSFET outputs, digital inputs, analog inputs, PWM outputs, and communication interfaces. Users can easily deploy automation projects using Home Assistant, Node-RED, MQTT, Modbus, Docker, Python, and other Linux-based software platforms.

Pi5M32 is ideal for high-density DC load control applications such as LED lighting systems, solenoid valves, DC motors, industrial actuators, and custom automation equipment.

If you are using a CM5 module with onboard eMMC storage, the microSD card slot cannot be used.

The microSD card slot is only available when using a CM5 Lite module.

Programming the CM5

To access the CM5 eMMC or microSD storage through USB-C:

  1. Connect the Pi5M32 to your computer using a USB-C cable.
  2. Run the Raspberry Pi rpiboot utility.
  3. The eMMC or microSD storage will appear as a removable drive.
  4. Flash Raspberry Pi OS or other Linux distributions directly.
